The development ideas and development goals identified in the research report agree to be implemented in accordance with the plan determined in the industrial planning and feasibility study report. Adhere to the principle of rational development, improve land use efficiency, strictly enforce the investment intensity regulations, and build construction land according to the project construction progress. In the process of project construction, it is necessary to strictly implement the scientific development concept measures, implement energy conservation and emission reduction, environmental protection and safe production measures, effectively design, construct and synchronize environmental protection facilities, safety production facilities and major projects. It is reported that Jiujiang Chemical Fiber Textile Industry Base covers an area of about 2,700 acres and is an important part of Jinan Group. Jinan Group is one of the six major industries in the city. On the basis of expanding chemical fiber production capacity, strengthening textile status, breaking through printing and dyeing technology, and developing non-woven fabrics, we will further develop and build Shengli (Jiangxi) and Jinyuan (Hengsheng) chemical fiber textiles to promote the development of chemical fiber textiles.
