(1) Transplantation method: a method of transferring a flower pattern of a sample to a product under the condition that the density of the sample and the product are similar to each other, that is, a transplantation method.

Example 13 The product is 14.5tex × 14.5tex, 472 pieces / 10cm × 267 pieces / 10cm combed poplin, the sample is 13tex × 13tex, 440.5 pieces / 10cm × 283 pieces / 10cm polyester / cotton poplin, products and samples The warp and weft density are similar, and the transplant method can be used for imitation. In the case of imitation, it is only necessary to carry out tissue analysis on the attached pattern, and the corresponding pattern of wearing, boxing and patterning, so that the pattern characteristics of the sample can be transplanted on the product. The transplantation method is simple and easy to do, but the pattern after imitation is slightly different.

(2) Adjusting the Foil Foil Method: When the sample and the product are very different in density, and the weft density is close, the method of adjusting the flower area and the ground area can be used to imitate the sample pattern. The purpose of adjusting the boxing method is to make the density of the product flower area close to the density of the sample flower area, and achieve the purpose of flower pattern imitation.

The specific imitation steps are as follows.

1 Tissue analysis of the sample pattern.

7 Measure the width of the flower area and estimate the density of the flower area of the sample. Sample flower area density = number of flower areas / flower area width.

7 According to the tissue characteristics of the sample pattern, and refer to the boxing method of similar patterns in actual production, determine the number of per box penetration in the flower area and area of the product.

4 Check the effect of the pattern imitation by referring to the above equation method.

5 In order to grasp the effect of flower pattern imitation and prevent accidents, the pattern must be verified.

That is to say, under the premise of not affecting the imitation effect, the flower box wearing method which is advantageous for each finishing process is selected.

The imitation flower pattern difference rate is the degree of change of the product and the sample in the pattern, and its calculation formula is:

The imitation difference rate has positive and negative values. A positive value indicates that the pattern of the product is larger than the pattern of the sample, and a negative value indicates a smaller value.

The adjustment of the wearing method cannot be applied to the imitation of various flower patterns such as the flower of the ground and the flower of the ground.

(3) Adjusting the flowering method: The method of appropriately changing the flowering in the pattern of the sample to achieve the purpose of the copying is called adjusting the flowering method. This method is only suitable for flower pattern imitation of juxtaposed flowers with more than 2 samples.

The copying steps are as follows.

7 pairs of samples for tissue analysis.

2 Calculate the ratio between the flower and the ground and the density of the product and the sample.

3 According to the obtained ratio and the organization of the pattern, the flower is properly adjusted.

(4) Comprehensive adjustment method: When the warp and weft density of the product and the sample are greatly different, as appropriate, the adjustment of the boxing method and the adjustment of the flowering method are used to maintain the width of the sample pattern. The method of organizing the dots to maintain the length of the sample pattern is referred to as a comprehensive adjustment method.
