The weave has plain weave and plain weave (small jacquard), 2/2 twill. Taslon can also be divided into nylon taslon and polyester taslon,
The raw material in one direction of warp and weft is aerodynamic yarn (nylon aerodynamic yarn or polyester aerodynamic yarn).
Mainly divided into two categories: nylon taslon and polyester taslon series.
Taslon—Jacquard Taslon:
It uses 70D nylon filament yarn for warp and 160D nylon air variant yarn for weft yarn; the fabric structure is interwoven on the water jet loom with double flat jacquard structure. The fabric has a jacquard style and is more creative than the ordinary "Taslan" of the same type, and its texture is slightly better.
Varieties with different shades of purple, grass green, light green and so on. The fabric has the advantages of not easy to fade and wrinkle, strong color fastness, etc., suitable for ladies to make suits, skirts and other casual clothing.
Taslan—Honeycomb Taslon:
Honeycomb Taslan The fabric warp uses 70D nylon FDY, weft uses 160D nylon air variant yarn, warp and weft density is 430X200 roots / 10 cm, interwoven on the water jet loom with faucet, basically double plain weave, cloth Forming a honeycomb lattice, the grey fabric is first loosened, refined, alkali reduced and dyed, and then softened and shaped. The most prominent advantage is that it is more comfortable to wear, has good warmth and breathability, and is popular with consumers. Taslon-polyester taslon
The difference from nylon taslon is only in raw materials, and the other weaving and dyeing processes are basically the same.

Bright polyester taslan: It uses polyester bright FDY50D and 160D polyester air variable yarn as raw materials, selects jacquard weave according to 230T specifications, and weaves it on a water jet loom. The fabric width is 150 cm, each cubic The weight of the cloth is about 128 grams. Coupled with the printing and dyeing, jacquard and other process treatments of the trail, the fabric has rich jacquard patterns and the fabric feels smooth. It is suitable for casual clothes, etc. It has a sense of fashion behind the body and shows the charm of the times.
Matte polyester taslan: the warp is made of fully matte FDY75D, the weft is made of polyester ATY160D, and the fine plain weave is woven on the water jet loom, which is processed by multiple steps of shaping, dyeing, waterproofing treatment The width of the cloth is 160 cm, and the weight of cloth per meter is 85 grams. With its soft handfeel, good waterproof performance, and strong taking performance, it has won the trust of customers for a long time. In terms of color, the finished fabrics on the market are dominated by dark colors, and the colors such as navy blue and dark coffee are easy to sell.
