Production Process
Face accessories into the factory inspection → technical preparation → cutting → sewing → keyhole button buckle → ironing → garment inspection → packaging → storage or delivery.
After the fabric enters the factory, it is necessary to carry out the quantity check and the inspection of the appearance and the internal quality, and the production requirements can be put into use. Before the mass production, technical preparations must be made, including the process sheet, the formulation of the sample and the preparation of the sample. The sample clothing can be confirmed by the customer before entering the next production process. The fabric is cut and sewn into semi-finished products. After some semi-finished fabrics are made into semi-finished fabrics, they must be finished after finishing according to special process requirements, such as garment washing, garment sand washing, wrinkle processing, etc. Finally, through the keyhole buckle The auxiliary process and the ironing process are packaged and put into storage after passing the inspection.
Technical preparations
Before mass production, technical personnel must first prepare for the technical preparation before mass production. Technical preparation includes three parts: the craft list, the formulation of the sample and the production of the sample. Technical preparation is an important means of ensuring smooth mass production and final product compliance with customer requirements.
The craft sheet is a guiding document in garment processing. It puts detailed requirements on the specifications, sewing, ironing, packaging, etc. of the garments, and also clarifies the details of the clothing accessories, seam density and other details, as shown in Table 1. -1. Each process in garment processing should be strictly in accordance with the requirements of the process sheet.
Sample production requires accurate dimensions and complete specifications. The contours of the relevant parts are exactly matched. The model number, location, specification, wire direction and quality requirements shall be indicated on the sample board, and the composite chapter of the sample shall be stamped at the relevant joint.
After the completion of the process sheet and sample preparation work, the production of small batch samples can be carried out, and the discrepancies can be corrected in time for the requirements of customers and processes, and the technical difficulties can be tackled, so that the mass flow operation can be smoothly carried out. The sample garment has become one of the important test basis after being confirmed by the customer.
