New fiber of chemical fiber will still be a bright spot

Due to the new types of yarns, such as recycled, synthetic fibers and yarns, special fibers and yarns, which are of great interest, chemical fiber products have attracted interest in all relevant exhibitions. At the 5th China International Textile Yarn Exhibition to be held in March, chemical fiber companies and their chemical fiber products will once again become the focus of attention. So, what is the participation of chemical fiber companies and chemical fiber products this year?

According to Bo Guangming, deputy secretary-general of the China Chemical Fiber Industry Association, there were 22 chemical fiber companies participating in this year's yarn exhibition, a slight increase year-on-year; the number of chemical fiber booths was basically the same as last year. This year, some chemical fiber companies have been more successful in industrial chain integration, and both upstream and downstream products are relatively mature. Therefore, we have chosen a fabric exhibition that can display product characteristics. This part of the company had a large number of booths at the yarn exhibition. For example, Jilin Chemical Fiber had 10 booths last year. Of course, some chemical fiber companies have also been added, but most of them are small and medium-sized enterprises. The number of booths is mostly 1~2, which is equivalent to 4~5 new enterprises sharing the booth number of the previous Jizhen Chemical Fiber Company. Therefore, this year, the number of chemical fiber exhibitors has increased, but the number of booths has not increased correspondingly.

At the yarn show, new products attract people's attention. Bo Guangming told reporters that this year, chemical fiber companies will also have some new products unveiled at the yarn exhibition. Among them, the flame retardant viscose fiber of Shandong Hailong Co., Ltd. is a highlight of this yarn exhibition. Shandong Hailong currently develops flame-retardant viscose fiber for textiles - Anti-frayon flame retardant fiber, which is made of recycled fiber and added phosphorus-based flame retardant in the production process to ensure high fiber. It has the characteristics of permanent flame retardant, low smoke, non-toxic, non-melt dripping, etc. It can be widely used in flame-retardant clothing materials such as protective clothing and fire-fighting clothing, as well as flame-retardant decorative materials for indoor and automobile, etc. The exhibition is one of the key chemical fiber products promoted. In addition, the products to be launched at the exhibition include PTT shape memory fiber of Suzhou Fangyuan Chemical Fiber Co., Ltd., milk protein fiber of Shanghai Zhengjia Milk Silk Technology Co., Ltd., new environmentally friendly fiber of Taiwan Far East Textile Co., Ltd., polylactic acid fiber, and Liaoning The colored acrylic products of Yingkou Flora Shengshi Knitting Co., Ltd. Bo Guangming also said that because the autumn yarn exhibition held in Shanghai last October was shorter than the yarn exhibition, and the new product development cycle was longer, the products exhibited by the chemical fiber company at the yarn exhibition. It will still be dominated by conventional varieties.

With the constant changes in the foreign trade situation, many companies have begun to find suitable domestic markets, and participating in the exhibition has become a favorable channel for these companies to promote their products and find partners. At this yarn exhibition, some export-oriented chemical fiber enterprises hope to take this opportunity to find the entry point of the domestic demand market. Other enterprises whose own industrial chain is still not perfect hope to find raw material suppliers or product distributors through the exhibition. .

Different from previous years, this year's yarn exhibition also added a special exhibition area for “China Famous Brand” yarn products. Bo Guangming believes that this is a kind of publicity and display of enterprises that have won honors through hard work, which will encourage more enterprises to establish brand concepts and striving for China's famous brands, which will also play a positive role in the promotion of the industry. Although the "China Famous Brand" special exhibition area is mainly based on cotton yarn products, chemical fiber enterprises will also benefit from it.
