The difference between nylon and polyester fabric in Oxford cloth

Oxford cloth is divided into nylon oxford cloth and polyester oxford cloth, and nylon is also nylon fabric, which have their own advantages and disadvantages.
Characteristics of nylon oxford cloth:
1. Nylon is a light fabric, and the weight of the bag produced will be lighter than other fabrics, which is more conducive to travel;
Second, the wear resistance of nylon fabrics ranks first among all kinds of fabrics, which is many times higher than other fabrics of similar products, so the durability is excellent;
Third, the hygroscopicity of the nylon fabric is a good variety in the synthetic fiber fabric, so the bag made of nylon will be more comfortable and breathable;
Fourth, nylon fabric's elasticity and elastic recovery is excellent, but it is easy to deform under the action of external force, so the computer bag with nylon fabric needs special attention protection.
Characteristics of polyester oxford cloth:
First, heat resistance, water absorption, light resistance, wear resistance are very good. Wear resistance is second only to nylon with the best abrasion resistance, better than other natural and synthetic fibers; corrosion resistance. Resistant to bleaches, oxidants, hydrocarbons, ketones, petroleum products and inorganic acids. Resistant to dilute alkali, not afraid of mildew, but hot alkali can cause it to decompose;
Second, high strength, impact strength is 4 times higher than nylon, 20 times higher than viscose fiber;
Third, the flexibility is good. The elasticity is close to that of wool, and when it is stretched by 5% to 6%, it can be almost completely recovered. The wrinkle resistance is superior to other fibers, that is, the fabric is not wrinkled, and the dimensional stability is good. The elasticity is 2 to 3 times higher than that of nylon.
Polyester is relatively cheaper than nylon, and nylon fabric is suitable for high-end products.
