Woven fabric cost accounting

Raw material cost of fabric
Calculation of raw material cost = dense X-threshold X through material (D) / 9000X (1 + woven shrinkage and process shrinkage) X (1 + raw material loss rate) X raw material unit price
Calculation of latitudinal raw material cost = weft density X width X weft (D) / 9000X (1 + weaving and process shrinkage) X (1 + raw material loss rate) X raw material unit price
If the length of the fabric warp filaments can be calculated as above, and the weft staple fiber is S, then the unit is unified.
D=5315/S
There are two kinds of raw materials for weft, then you need to know the arrangement of the two raw materials. Then calculate the amount of yarn used for each raw material.
Such as the weft arrangement is A5B3A6B4
Then, when calculating the material of the A weft, the weft density is calculated according to the weft density X11/18 of the grey fabric, and the others are calculated according to the above formula.
When calculating the B-weft material, the weft density is calculated according to the weft density X7/18 of the grey fabric, and the others are calculated according to the above formula.
Weaving and shrinking process chemical fiber is 5%~30%; cotton is 8~12%
This coefficient is proportional to the increase of the weft density of the fabric, and inversely proportional to the lengthening of the floating point.
Loss of raw materials, if it is 4%~5% for uniform warp and weft, 6~8% for latitude and longitude
Then calculate the total cost of the grey fabric = (via + latitude) raw material cost + weaving cost
The weaving fee is mostly determined by the weft density of the grey cloth. The water sprayer is 4~8 minutes/weft, which is related to the geographical location of the weaving factory and the processing difficulty of the product.
Finished fabric cost = grey cloth cost X dyeing and shrinking rate + dyeing fee + freight packaging and other miscellaneous fees
Note: Density refers to the number of roots within 1 cm.
