Woven fabric large pattern organization
Jan 07, 2019
Large pattern tissue is also called large jacquard tissue. The characteristic of this kind of tissue is that the number of warp yarns and the number of weft yarns in a tissue cycle are generally counted, and most of them use one tissue as the ground tissue and another tissue to display the pattern. It is also useful for different surface organization, warp and weft yarns of different colors, and a large color pattern on the surface of the fabric. The large pattern must be woven on the jacquard loom. The large pattern structure is divided into two types: simple jacquard tissue and complex jacquard tissue. The former adopts a warp yarn and a weft yarn, and the original tissue and small pattern structure are used to form a pattern. The latter has more than one warp or weft yarn, and uses a double structure, a double layer structure, a towel tissue, a leno structure, etc., alone or in combination with other tissues to form a large pattern structure. Jacquard towel quilts, jacquard blankets, and many jacquard fabrics in silk fabrics are woven with large patterns.
